Are your rugs in stock or made to order?
Our rugs are handmade in Morocco. After you order, we confirm the production time for your size and design and keep you updated.
How do I choose the right size?
See our rug size guide for placement ideas by room. If you are unsure, send us the dimensions and a photo of your room and we will advise you.
Can I order a custom rug?
Yes. You can choose the size, colors and pattern. We send a free, no-obligation quote before we start. See custom rugs and samples.
Can I see my rug before it ships?
Yes. We send you photos of the finished rug before it leaves Morocco, so you can check it first.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made securely at checkout in US dollars (USD). The payment methods available are shown at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. Shipping is free to all destinations offered at checkout, including the USA, the UK, Europe and Morocco. Every parcel is tracked and insured.
How long does delivery take?
Production time depends on the size and design and is confirmed after you order. Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Will I pay customs duties or taxes?
Our rugs ship from Morocco. Depending on your country, customs duties or import VAT may be charged on delivery and are paid by the buyer. Contact us before ordering if you would like an estimate.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You receive a tracking number once your rug is dispatched.
Returns
Can I return a rug?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first so we can explain the process. For a return for any other reason than damage or loss, return shipping costs and related duties or fees are paid by the customer.
What if my rug arrives damaged or the parcel is lost?
Contact us with your order details and we will arrange a replacement.
Can I return a custom rug?
Custom rugs are made to your specifications. Please contact us before ordering so we can confirm the return conditions for your project.

About our rugs
Are your rugs really handmade?
Yes. Every rug is hand-knotted in Morocco from Moroccan wool by our artisans.
Why do two rugs look slightly different?
Natural wool and handwork mean small variations in size, color and texture. They are part of the character of a handmade rug and are not defects.
What are the main rug styles?
Beni Ourain: ivory wool, thick pile and dark geometric lines. Mrirt: soft, dense wool with free, modern patterns. Azilal: expressive patterns on a light ground. Boujaad: colorful, graphic designs.
How do I care for my rug?
Vacuum gently without a rotating brush. For spills, blot quickly with a clean cloth without rubbing and avoid harsh chemicals. For a deep clean, use a professional rug cleaner.
