1. Scope
These terms govern the use of the Atlas Path Rugs website and orders placed in our store. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Handmade products
Our rugs are made by hand. Slight differences in size, color, pattern or texture may exist between the photos and the finished piece; they reflect handcraft and natural wool.

3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Shipping is free; any customs duties or import taxes are paid by the buyer. An order is confirmed once payment is accepted and the order is confirmed by Atlas Path Rugs.

4. Custom orders
Custom sizes, colors and patterns are quoted and confirmed before production begins. Lead time depends on size and pattern and is shared with you for your project.

5. Shipping
Shipping information is provided in our Shipping policy and at checkout. Delivery times may vary by destination and order type.

6. Returns
Return and replacement requests are handled according to our Refund policy.

7. Intellectual property
Texts, images, trademarks and other site content belong to Atlas Path Rugs or their respective owners. Any unauthorized reuse is prohibited.

8. Site availability
We do our best to keep the site available and up to date. Information and images may change, especially when products or options change.
